A one-person app studio
Alpaca Media is Marcus Larsen, and the apps here all started the same way: something at home needed doing properly and nothing on the store did it. Two of them made it out. Both are used here every day, which is the only reason I would ask you to try them.

Shared planner for households
One planner for the people you actually live with. A calendar everyone can see, to-do lists you can hand to someone, notes that stay beside the plan they belong to, meal plans that write the shopping list, and shared budgets that work out who owes whom. Free for two, and the people you invite never pay.
Four timers, one clean app
An interval timer with named segments and repeat counts, a countdown with no fuss, a stopwatch with laps and history, and a random timer for the games where nobody should know when it ends. No account, no sign-up, no tracking: your timers and your history stay on your phone. Pro is a one-off purchase, never a subscription.
How they are made
A cria is a baby alpaca, which is where both apps get their name. There is no team behind them and no runway to burn, so they get built the slow way: the thing works first, and it earns its keep before it asks you for anything.
